How to choose, in one paragraph
Two things decide it: the load you actually need, and the circuit you actually have. A medium chassis at 15 lb per load covers a household and a garden on an ordinary 15A outlet. A large chassis at 25 lb wants a 20A circuit, and the XL commercial needs 240V wired in. Buy the packaging at the same time — mylar, absorbers and a sealer decide whether the food lasts decades or months, and they cost a fraction of the machine.
