Why only two manufacturers
Because there are not many machines worth covering. The home freeze dryer market is small, and a great deal of what is sold as a freeze dryer online is an air dehydrator with the words in the product title. We cover Blue Alpine and Stay Fresh Technology: seven machines between them, both American manufacturers, both with published specifications we can trace.
A site that listed thirty machines would be padding the list with things we could not stand behind. We would rather cover seven properly.
