Books
Most of what you need is free online, and we would rather say that than sell you a book. Three or four titles still earn shelf space, mostly for the recipe conversions and storage tables you reach for mid-batch. This section fills once the Amazon Associates account is live — books are the one category where Amazon is the only sensible seller.
What can and cannot be claimed about fit
Trays, mats, lids and heat racks are sold per chassis size and are safe to describe as fitting that chassis, because the sizes are published. Mylar, absorbers and the impulse sealer are genuinely universal — they are packaging, not machine parts.
Vacuum pumps and hoses are the trap. Fitting depends on port type and thread, and neither manufacturer publishes a compatibility matrix. Nothing in the pump or fittings category is described as cross-brand compatible on this site until a manufacturer states it in writing.
